GoToMeeting Quick Start Guide
Improve your technical support by showing the problem.

8 Steps. Approximately 10 minutes.

Step 1. Signup with GoToMeeting using this URL: http://gotomeeting.com/techpodcasts
With this link, no credit card is required.

Step 2. After completing the registration form, install the software.



Step 3. After installation is complete start the meeting.


The program is already running.   Click on the icon in the task tray.


Meet now.



Step 4. Send an invitation to someone, so they can view your screen.


Copy the invitation, the link is the important part.
( If you don't need it, ignore the phone conference info.)



Step 5. Paste the invitation in an e-mail or chat window, and send.
You may also want to call the person at this time, or use chat.


Step 6. After the other person arrives, show your screen.



Step 7. If desired, let the other person control you mouse and keyboard.





Step 8. To make room on your screen, hide GoToMeeting.
